Main function is the indicator light and very lightweight, great for iPhone 12 charging

Charging speed of the mini power bank is quite fast with the PD cable. I like the size of the powerbank as it can put it in small handbag.

Arrange to go their office to direct purchase/collect and the staff (Madeline) was super friendly and helpful. Even take some time to answer my questions and explain on the details. Super responsive and excellent service team. Feedback was taken and the team went the extra mile to check if their powerbank had the super fast charging capability (sadly it doesn't, albeit fast charging).
Product wise, weight is reasonable for a 20,000 mAh power bank. Looks sleek and well made!
Super plus point that there's an e-waste initiative.
Overall, very satisfied with Elon X Tech and am thinking about getting the 10,000 mAh too 😄
