WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED OUT?
Orders will be processed and shipped out for delivery within 2-4 working days. Do note that the delivery timing may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as that of the current pandemic.
There is currently NO self-collection option available.
WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY BEGIN?
It begins the day your purchase is made and is valid for 6-months.
HOW DO I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date. Exchange and Refund only applicable if items meet the following requirements:
- Includes all accessories
- Includes original packaging
- Product defects
- Quality-related issues
Do note that exchange and refund is only applicable to products that have obvious defects and quality-related issues.
