WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY BEGIN?
It begins from the date of purchase and the item is strictly non-exchangeable after the warranty period.
All products from ELONXTECH have a 1-year warranty.

For requests within Singapore, we will take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement.
For exchange requested within 7-days of purchase, we will provide exchange via courier at no cost.
For exchange requested past 7-days of purchase, the exchange will have to be done at our main office at:

Return/Exchange products must include all original accessories or may be
subjected to rejection.
