- For exchange requested within 7-days of purchase, we will provide exchange via courier at no cost.

I purchased a powerbank on 27 Nov 2022 without knowing there is a ongoing code for a free charging cable. And also the trade-in of old powerbank.
I texted them immediately upon seeing the promotion. On 28 Nov, they replied me that they can help me edit my order so I can get the free cable plus trade-in😱
Today 30 Nov 2022, I received the powerbank and the Apple Charging Cable. Although I have not try out the powerbank, the customer service is already impressive for me to write this review. Thumbs up👍👍👍

Amazingly light and small 10000mAh Gen3 power bank with fast/quick charge. Love the midnight green colour. Great that the company (local!!) supports trade-in of older power banks to recycle. Definitely will look forward to future products from the company.

I pre-ordered the 20000 mah PC GEN3 powerbank during the recent Comex, and true to their word, they kept in contact with me once the stock arrived. The powerbank is indeed quite light for its capacity, and I really love the shade of blue used! Keep it up! :)

Delivery : Fast. Received in 1 dayProduct : Feels good in hand but I am afraid the rubbery coating will turn sticky after some time. Would be great if this coating was not adopted at allWarranty : Short warranty of only 6 months. I would have expected to have a warranty period of 12 months instead. Caveat : Warranty will be extended to 12 months if you tag @elonxtech via your social media though. Such things should not happen.Other remarks : Great initiative to offer trade-in deals for old power banks.

These are lightweight and slim and can fit in an overnight bag OR a pocket. Perfect to take along with you when you think your cell phone won’t last the whole day while you’re out and about. I keep these charged up at all times since we have a lot of storms and power outages. It charges my cell phone many many times before draining the charger’s battery

I got my order delivered within A DAY!! Eventhough in their website indicated about 3days (if I can recall it correctly). But even if it's 3days of wait, it's worth waiting for it.Simply love the Baby Blue color and the smooth texture of covering the portable charger. It's also compact and light. Best of all there are 4 ports - best things really comes in small packages 😉.Oh don't forget to extend the warranty of the Power Bank ya!
